  • PRODUCTS & ORDERING
    All of our products are handmade using natural materials, which means each piece is unique. While we do our best to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs, slight variations may occur.
    Orders can be placed through our website using the online checkout. Once you place an order you will recieve and email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, but acknowledgement that we have recieved it.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or suspicioun of fraudulent activity.

  • PRICING & PAYMENT
    All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
    Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other payment methods as shown at checkout.
    Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been recieved.

  • DELIVERY
    We currently ship within the UK and will offer international shipping upon request depending on the product and delivery costs.
    We aim to dispatch existing products within 7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Commissioned products may take longer but you will be provided with an estimated time.
    We are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses caused by the courier or customs processes.
    The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and pakcaging.
    To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order details. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    If your purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please include photographs in your email. We will either replace, repair or refund your purchase.
    We do not or accept returns and cancellations for commissioned products unless faulty.
    Commissioned products are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • CUSTOM PRODUCTS
    We are pleased to offer commissioned or custom-made products upon request. Once the design specifications have been agreed upon in writing, a non-refundable deposit of half of the agreed price (depending on the agreement) is required before work begins. The remaining sum will need to be paid upon completion of the product. Once the full payment has been recieved, the product will be shipped.

    Please note that commissioned products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of fault or damage upon arrival (pending photographic proof).
    Any agreed timelines for completion are estimates and may vary depending on materials, design and complexity. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
    We reserve the right to refuse commissions that are not in line with our design ethos or values.

  • KNIVES
    As part of our product range, we offer hand crafted knives. These items are sold strictly for artistic, culinary, ceremonial or bushcraft purposes and are not intended as weapons.
    You must be 18 years or older to purchase any knife-related product. By placing an order for such an item, you confirm that you are legally eligible to do so under UK law. Proof of age may be requested before dispatch and will be requested upon delivery.

    SAFE HANDLING DISCLAIMER:
    All knife products must be handled with care. These items are sharp and can cause injury if mishandled. By purchasing, you agree to use these products responsibly and safely. We reccommend keeping all knives out of reach of children and storing them securely.
    We are not responsible for any injury, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse, mishandling or unlawful use of any knife purchased from our shop. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure safe and legal use at all times.
    It is also your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding the ownership, carrying and use of knives.
    If you’re unsure about the legal status of knife ownership in your area, please consult your local authority before purchasing.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, is the intellectual property of Small Mammoth Stone and is protected under copyrite and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Disclaimer: Once purchased, Small Mammoth Stone is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by improper handling of the product or failure to follow the care guide provided.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

  • WEBSITE USAGE
    You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
    We do our best to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up to date, but we can make no warranties or guarentees in this regard.
    We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website (or any part of it) without notice.
