ɸLIKKĀ

£140.00

Cup and ring marks are found across the Atlantic coast of western Europe on the horizontal surfaces of boulders/stone outcrops. They are one of the most frequently carved motifs in prehistoric rock art.

Ashford Black Marble has been used since the Iron Age but was mostly quarried during the late 18th and early 19th century for the production of urns, obelisks and other decorative items.

This necklace is complete with handmade, naturally stabilised hemp rope cordage and a 5000 year old Irish bog oak toggle.

Pendant Dimensions:
100mm x 38mm x 7mm
